  I can't say enough good things about Jennifer Ferguson & the entire staff at Fales & Fales. As a former paralegal, I know that some law firms are better to work with than others. Fales & Fales is definitely at the top of my list! After my mother was badly injured in a car wreck, we engaged Jennifer to help us through the claims process. She confidently and compassionately guided us through a complicated process that had several players. Her in-depth knowledge of the law, Medicare procedures, and the other parties in the case were invaluable. We were kept informed through every step of the case, and Jennifer answered every question we had thoroughly. We were very pleased with the service Fales & Fales provided, and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a great firm that is very focused on their clients.
